Hi Alyson ~ thanks so much for your talk last night especially your insight on on the Sam's of the world. (We have a "Sam" too). Our daughter is feisty, spirited and vocal about her world and we wanted to believe her spirit would serve her well. It was so inspiring to hear just how lucky she is to have this natural talent for questioning and demanding more from her environment, her family and caregivers. Your talk put the information so clearly and succinctly for us. We definately will continue to encourage her spark and hopefully it will ignite the rest of our family to be a critical thinker like she is. Oh ~ by the way ~ did I mention she's only 3 yrs old! She's well on her way to teaching us a lot, and so are you. Thanks again for sharing your information ~ I hope this grassroots movement takes off too.
